the Big Sky traverse is a gathering of a bunch of drunk skiers and snowboarders who put on costumes and ride around the mountain being silly. I was there just to document.

Partners
My partner is an extremely good skier, and on the first run he took me to “devils something” it involved two mandatory cliff drops. I didn’t land on my feet on either occasion. But i survived, and everyone cheered, and we had the whole day ahead of us. There wasn’t a better partner out there, and in my opinion, we were winners.
Drinking
yes, theres lots of drinking at Traverse. Before most people even had their boots on, they had a mimosa in their hand. Each team got a dozen beers, that they would use for various challenges, or to pass the time on the chairlift
